This is very nice...
You could also add a link to Trendistic's chart for the trending topic (http://trendistic.com) zooming on the topic's hottest moment.

Hi,

I've started a website with my best friend, and I was interested in knowing how our website could become a trending topic on Twitter. I recently followed your profile on twitter (DanteG1991). I would really appreciate any help you can give me. Our website is www.zookrr.com

Thanks,
Dante

It will be much nicer, if your code can remove all spam in the trend. For example
1 remove all tweets have more then one keywords.
2 keep blocking those spammer in your local database when gathering new tweets.

Hi, I'm a master student in Taiwan. I'm doing some research about mining hot topics on twitter, and also want to find some hot topics from tweets of everybody. May I know how does this work ? Because I don't want to let my work to overlap with your work, or do something that you already did. But to give some ideas and models to improve your work. Thanks.
